Need it faster? Our express shipping option delivers within 1–2 business days. This option is also shipped through our courier partners, with charges based on order size and delivery location.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS along with a tracking number.

5. Courier Delivery

All orders (outside same-day Karachi delivery) are shipped through reliable courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.

6. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Bombay Choc n Nuts is not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately so we can try to make the change before dispatch.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take every precaution with our courier partners, Bombay Choc n Nuts is not liable for packages lost or stolen after dispatch. In such cases, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim, and our team will assist you where possible.
